[ACTION-NEEDED] WaffleHacks Bootcamp today! Join our WaffleHacks Discord & Apply for WaffleHacks through our application portal

Various intro workshops will be held virtually via Google Meetings from Wednesday, June 19th, 2024 to Thursday June 20th, 2024. More workshops will be held over the hackathon weekend.

Workshops during Bootcamp are:

• Hackathon Strategy w/ Audrey Chen (16x hackathon winner) - TODAY @5:30PM ET

• Intro to Cloud Computing - TODAY @11:00PM ET

• Intro to UI/UX with Figma - THURSDAY, JUNE 20TH, @5:00PM

• Intro to Web Development - THURSDAY, JUNE 20TH, @6:30PM

These workshops take place before the hackathon to give you the tools you need to create your projects during the actual hackathon! All times are Eastern Time.

WaffleHacks swag will be available in tiers:

• Tier 1: All participants who register and attend at least one workshop will be given access to our special virtual swag pack. 

• Tier 2: All participants who register and attend at least three workshops (one of which is a career/networking workshop) will be given a super cool WaffleHacks 2024 sticker pack and keychain.

We also have a raffle to encourage workshop/activity attendance. Each workshop/activity you attend during WaffleHacks will give you an extra entry into our raffle. So make sure to join in on our Bootcamp week workshops to get those extra entries!

Introduce yourself in #introductions, find teammates in #find-a-team, clarify questions in #event-questions or #technical-questions, or just chat in #general. There’s also a channel for each event under the Workshop/Activities category for updates and discussion.
